DeKalb County telecom provider pays it forward, sends customer payments to local mental health and substance abuse agency

DNA Communications donating to DeKalb’s Ben Gordon Center for every new business agreement signed through the end of the year

ROCHELLE, IL (December 8, 2014) — Digital telecom and technology provider DNA Communications is giving new meaning to “call forwarding,” thanks to a holiday season promise to send a portion of new customer payments to the Ben Gordon Center, a DeKalb County mental health and substance abuse agency.

For every new business acquired through Dec. 31, DNA will be giving a gift up to $750 each year those service agreements are in effect, up to five years.

“Our DNA team is passionate about keeping our customers happy, healthy, and connected,” said Christine Feeley, VP of Marketing and Sales. “We wanted to find a meaningful way to expand this commitment, and partnering with the Ben Gordon Center through the support of our local business customers is a perfect solution. They’ve helped so many people over the years; we felt this was a great way to give back to the communities that have supported us for so long.”

The center, with five facilities throughout the county, has provided behavioral healthcare services, therapy and support groups, and prevention and education programs for DeKalb County residents of all ages since 1968.

Every dollar raised helps many in our community receive the mental health and substance abuse care they need.”
