MSP/MSSP Product & Operations Manager

Location: Rochelle, IL (Hybrid flexibility)
Compensation: $90k–$120k base + performance incentives, full benefits

Overview:

DNA Communications, in partnership with Helix Technologies, is launching a Managed Services and Security Services division. We seek an experienced Product Manager to design, implement, and scale this new line of business.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the managed services stack (NinjaRMM, Halo PSA, Todyl, ThreatLocker, CyberGuard360).
  • Develop service packages for SMB clients and oversee rollout.
  • Manage vendor relationships and align with compliance needs.
  • Provide hands-on support in early stages while building a technical team.
  • Monitor delivery, SLAs, and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with DNA leadership to align with broader company strategy.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in MSP/MSSP service delivery, product management, or operations leadership
  • Deep knowledge of RMM, PSA, SOC, and cybersecurity platforms.
  • Proven track record in launching services and scaling teams.
  • Strong vendor management skills.

Overview:

We’re building something new. Helix Technologies, powered by DNA Communications, is launching a next-generation MSP/MSSP — and we’re looking for a builder.

You’ll be the architect, operator, and leader of our new division. At first, you’ll roll up your sleeves and deliver services. Over time, you’ll build and lead the team.

You’ll:

Own the MSP stack and offerings.

Package services into compelling bundles.

Jump in on installs and support in the early days.

Build and manage a team as we grow.

Ensure clients are covered end-to-end, from cybersecurity to vCISO services.

You bring:

MSP/MSSP experience.

Leadership potential and team-building skills.

A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Compensation: $55k–$70k base + commission (OTE $90k–$110k+), full benefits

Overview:

We seek a results-driven Sales Executive to expand our presence in northern Illinois. This role combines selling Helix MSP/MSSP offerings with DNA Communications’ existing Internet, UCaaS, access control, and video surveillance solutions.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and close SMB and mid-market accounts.

Sell comprehensive IT, cybersecurity, and connectivity solutions.

Exceed revenue goals through consultative sales.

Build and potentially lead a sales team as demand grows.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications:

3–5 years in B2B tech sales (MSP, UCaaS, or security).

Strong ability to identify client needs and craft solutions.

Experience selling multiple technology services.

Ability to travel locally.
