We provide DSL Services up to 200 megabits per second, telecom services, an array of voice services, various managed infrastructure services, and are beginning the construction of our fiber network. Due to our growth in both existing and new services, we are looking to hire a sales representative to join the DNA Communications team.   • 2-4 years of sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of CRM (Customer Relations Management) systems helpful
  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
  • Meet and exceed quotas
  • Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
  • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
  • Handle customer complaints with company policy and advice of the management team
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
  • Practice good public relations and meet with customers at local functions to cement relationships
  • Prepare quotes in conformity with standard company procedures
  • Overcome objectives to obtain the order
  • Handle customer complaints with company policy and advice of the management team
  • Follow up with customers for their reaction to the quality of install and service
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
  • Be willing to accept and apply constructive criticism
  • Attend all sales meetings and scheduled training and or seminars
  • Base compensation varies based on qualifications
